Welcome
Building businesses. Serving communities. Pursuing justice.
Introduction
In 1995, I arrived in Canada from Punjab with a commerce degree and a conviction that hard work would build opportunity. I started as a cashier at Circle K in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, and within four years became the youngest independent dealer in the company's Canadian history.
That journey taught me that every business decision exists within a legal framework. Over three decades, I have built convenience stores, gas stations, commercial developments, a taxi company, and a construction firm in Sylvan Lake. Each venture deepened my understanding of contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
In 2016, I became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, combining my business experience with a passion for helping newcomers navigate Canadian systems. Today, I am pursuing a law degree to represent clients through the full arc of their immigration journey, including in Federal Court.

Giving Back
At Guru Nanak Darbar in Red Deer, I offer free immigration consultations to newcomers and worshippers. Many arrive confused by Canadian systems, vulnerable to exploitation, and unable to afford professional guidance.
I provide what I can within my authority as an RCIC: accurate information, proper referrals, document review, and advocacy. This service reflects the Sikh principle of seva, selfless service to the community.
These experiences have reinforced my commitment to pursuing a law degree, so I can serve vulnerable community members through every stage of their immigration journey, including representation in Federal Court when needed.
